ECOMMERCE ACCELERATOR

Cohorts of 10-20 businesses attend six, virtual, instructor-led training sessions focusing on key aspects of growing a successful online business. Upon completion of the instructor-led sessions, participants have access to one-on-one mentorship for six months. Cohorts also will be invited to attend moderated, open sessions for additional community-building, peer-mentorship, and coaching.


Special purpose cohorts have enhanced features including introduction to exporting, direct funding to participating businesses through cash grants and individualized digital marketing plans.

Meet Our Facilitator

Amber Jackson

Amber Jackson is the CEO of Hype & Harvest, a firm offering coaching, organizational learning, and strategy development solutions to support the success of senior leaders and founders of product-based businesses. With a heart and mind for both people and profits, Amber supports ambitious, whole-hearted leaders as they grow profitable eCommerce brands. Her work through Hype & Harvest is based on her twenty years of experience leading teams at globally recognized CPG brands. She most recently led as Head of eCommerce & DTC at FIJI Water and previously held roles at Warner Bros. Discovery, Disney, and Johnson & Johnson. Amber holds an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in English from Carnegie Mellon University. 

  

In addition to Hype & Harvest, Amber is also the Founder of Drizzle Scones, an online specialty scone bakery that puts a sweet American twist on the classic British pastry. A hostess at heart, she launched the business in 2023 to help home cooks and event hosts spend less time in the kitchen and more time doing what they do best – bringing people together and building community. Amber lives in Los Angeles with her pandemic puppy, Charley.

CONTENT OVERVIEW

Platform-neutral tools for growing your business, where ever you sell online, including a unique tool that helps you evaluate sales channel options in terms of timing, cost, brand alignment and impact.

An extensive participant guide for each session that include practical tools like ChatGPT prompts to help create product listings that are searchable and that sell, social media planning and budgeting tools, and more.

Six, instructor-led, interactive sessions focused on tactics and actions that you can immediately implement in your own business, including:

  • comparing fees and expectations across different marketplaces to determine the best fit and timing for your business

(Exporting Version) Introduction to Exporting: Key considerations and resources to build your online business in international markets. Topics include market research, state and federal government resources, optimizing your site for international customers, and logistics considerations
